Note from Jennifer:
Tue. July 31st, 2007
I'm sending gravesite information that I found on Rosa Gesser Dickman, John Gesser, Herman Dickman, Paul Allen Dickman! It's a copy of a letter Brunner sent to Rosemary in 1984.
I hope this scanned letter comes out well. I found it yesterday in a Record Book my mother had saved (Lord, there is So much to go thru) in the desk in Santa Rosa some time ago, but only now had a moment to look at.
Two are books: Mom (Dickman) recorded dates in (one poems of hers, one every
day events. The third was written by Rosemary (Seyler) as a diary & record.
(Kathleen, I will give you all three books for you to save for future generations, you being the keeper of the "flame") Perhaps you can copy things from it for a book some day to share with us all.
This letter was in Rosemary's book from Trina's dad, dated 1984, sent to St. Joseph Cemetery.
He sent a copy to Rosemary with an added notation & grid. It gives the location as Lot 230, section 15 and mentions a Catalpa Tree.
I found another notation in Rosa Gesser's handwriting (tiny, very similar to Brunner's) "Great Grandmother (insert Catherine Theresa Cannon) Gesser was born 1825 at (Cinci) 5th St. between Western Row (Central Ave.) and John St., in a frame house on the south side of 5th st. It was then the edge of the city. Her father (Cannon) was Irish & her mother English. Her mother remarried to a man named Ochler. She was very bright and alert in her old age til she died in 1902. (77years old) signed her daughter, Rosa Marie Gesser
Another notation in the same book: by Mom:
Michael Brunner & family moved from Georgetown, Ohio to Bellevue, Ky. March 28th 1904.
Two books are date records with little commentary, all that all positive, (no secrets, shoot) The third book, Mom's poetry most of which we have already read, I think. My favorite the Vegetable Poem.

The location of these graves is on the north side of West 8th in that smaller block shown on the map and near the Enright Ave side. Below is the link to the map. Trina
